Penco Precision is a job shop, in business since 1975. We are about 50%
aerospace and 50% commercial, running small to medium size parts. Our lot
sizes are typically a few to a few hundred.
We employ about 35 people, operating two shifts in a 15,000 square foot
plant. We have 8 CNC vertical machining centers and 8 CNC lathes, all with
Fanuc controls.
Our work force is stable, several people have been with the company over 20
years and more than half over 10 years. We offer competitive wages, and the

JOB OPENING
Machinist
Minimum 3 years job shop experience. Set up and operate, short run close
tolerance work. Lathes or mills.
Days full time, normal schedule 10 hours Monday thru Thursday, 9 hours Friday.
Saturday optional, 6 hours. Starting time every day is 6 a.m.
Nights full time or part time. Start 4:00 p.m.. Normal full time schedule
50 hours per week. Part time minimum 20 hours per week, Monday thru Friday.
We have all CNC equipment with Fanuc Controls. Will train experienced
manual machinist.
