Question- Is there a time limit between the 1st and the third run?
Answer- No. Even if people, machines, and systems have all changed the guarantee still applies. It is up to us to control those factors.
Question- What if my company's policy is to reject the lot even if only one piece is found bad in the sample, and it turns out that there was only one bad part in a large expensive lot?
Answer- The guarantee spplies to the entire lot.
Question- What if the rejection is nit-picking, for example a 16 finish is rejected for being a 17, and we both know that the parts are completely functional?
Answer- The guarantee applies. Our job is to make the parts to the specifications.
Question- What if parts are rejected because of a paperwork problem?
